Goals for the Month of August/Upcoming Plans
Holla! I know its been a while since I last updated. Ive been playing a ton online lately so sorry I havent been keeping up with the blog as much. Because of a recent downswing, Ive resorted mostly to playing 100nl on Absoluteeeee. So basically busto stakes+pwnage has led to mad proffitttts. I know I always complain about how bad I run, but damn, once I start to run well, I should be able to move up and do work at 200nl fairly soon. Im already pretty well rolled for 200nl but since Im doing so well at 100nl, I figure Ill just grind out a few more K before moving up. Its never a mistake to be overolled. By grinding 100nl and reaching 60 buyins for 200NL before i actually move up again, I should have the type of bankroll flexibility, where variance isnt really that big of an issue.
Here are my goals for the month of August
1) 60k hands
2) Continue to play really nitty postflop
3) Play at least 3 donkaments (preferably cashing in at least one)
4) Spend more time analyzing positional stats on Poker Tracker
5) Spend more time with actual hand analysis (not just my own hands but others as well)
6) Make an effort not to tilt/spew! Not even once per session! This comes with winning the battle of mistakes. Not tilting/spewing alone will increase my winrate substantially
7) Make video of me 6 tabling 100nl for SSNL forum
8) Move up to 200NL
9) Profittttsssss??????
Besides poker, Im really excited to get my X-Box 360 that I ordered with my rewards points on AP. Shippppp it. Also, Im real hype for the end of the month, where I will be lounging in the VIP and popping bottles of cristal and smoking blunts of grandaddy purp (lol) at Rock The Bells (sick lineup btw, for those who havent heard, check it out) . Besides that, I might take a trip out to Cali to visit my friend Jordan. Im feelin lazy though and dont feel like writing anymore so Im going to have to bid yall adieu with that.
